At Rejuve Health Plus, your DPC membership is led by Debbie Viano, APRN, FNP-BC, a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who provides routine preventive care, chronic disease management, same-day sick visits, prescription management, and ongoing wellness optimization, all under one membership.
