Not all saunas are the same. The Clearlight Infrared + Red Light Sauna delivers full-spectrum near, mid, and far infrared wavelengths each penetrating the body at different depths to trigger real physiological change.
Unlike traditional steam saunas, infrared heat works from the inside out, raising your core temperature more efficiently at a lower, more comfortable ambient temperature. Our sauna is powered by the Clearlight® HALO ONE Salt Therapy System — a dry salt halogenerator that disperses pharmaceutical-grade sodium chloride into the cabin during your session for respiratory and immune support.

Traditional saunas heat the air around you, while infrared saunas use light wavelengths to warm your body directly from the inside out. This allows for a deeper, more efficient session at a lower ambient temperature — making it easier to tolerate longer and more effective for circulation, detoxification, and muscle recovery.
Wear light, comfortable clothing or a bathing suit — whatever you are comfortable in. Bring a towel and water. We recommend arriving well-hydrated and avoiding heavy meals for at least an hour before your session.
Yes. Dry salt therapy is non-invasive and widely used for respiratory wellness and skin support. The Clearlight HALO ONE uses pharmaceutical-grade sodium chloride at safe, controlled concentrations. If you have active respiratory conditions, consult with our provider before adding halotherapy to your session.
Most people can safely use infrared sauna therapy. However, if you have cardiovascular conditions, are pregnant, or are managing a chronic illness, we recommend consulting with Debbie Viano, APRN, FNP-BC before booking. Our team is here to help ensure every session is appropriate for your health profile.
All three Founding Member tiers include up to 8 infrared sauna sessions per month. The Essential plan adds 2 Glutathione injections, and the Elite plan includes 4. Founding pricing is introductory — once spots are filled, prices will increase for new members.
